| Terms and Conditions of Sales |
Current competitive prices on all items listed will be quoted on request. We are pleased to extend credit to firms with satisfactory credit references. All past due accounts will be charged a finance charge of 1.5% per month. All prices are subject to change without notice and merchandise will be invoiced at prices prevailing at time of shipment. We reserve the right to refuse orders. |
| Routing |
Freight Policy: When items are delivered by our truck there is no charge for freight. When items are shipped by common carrier or UPS the customer will be billed for the freight. |
| Returns |
Our quick response for credits will save you aggravation and expense. In turn, your quick return of unwanted items will insure that WPC can reconstruct the problem. We request that returned merchandise be in the original package so that we can retain value on the item. We would appreciate if you would discuss all returns with your sales representative, as they can frequently resolve claims for defects in quality on the spot. The return of a special order is more of a problem because few factories will take back merchandise and the few that take back special order merchandise charge us restocking charges. WPC normally incurs large costs in the return of special order merchandise. If permission is granted then we may ask the customer to pay restocking, handling and freight charges. |
